For Benson, body art is nothing new. Benson now had a silhouette in addition to the phrases “wild” and “cold love,” as well as tattoos of stars and ice cream sundaes, on his arm.
Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and Lady Gaga are just a few of the famous people who are familiar with and smitten with the tattoo artist and his traditional fine line technique.
Earlier this year, Teigen, 37, uploaded a photo of her elephant tattoo by Winterstone to Instagram. The black-and-white image shows the little animal standing with its trunk up; it is tied to Teigen’s wrist inside.
When Teigen revealed the tattoo artist in the picture, a user commented, “Lucky boy!!!
Last year, Teigen had a tattoo done by Winterstone using artwork made by her daughter, Luna. Tiegen got a butterfly tattoo from the artist. She and husband John Legend are parents to 6-year-old Luna and 4-year-old Miles.
Luna drew this butterfly on Teigen today, and it seemed appropriate to make it permanent, Teigen said on Instagram.
In reference to themes I also discuss in therapy, she said, “I wanted Winterstone to relocate and centre it, but in the end we chose to keep it exactly where she belonged.” She may be a little clumsy and unpolished, but she is undoubtedly here to stay. Lol.”
Legend, 43, has a tattoo from Winterstone that is comparable and was also initially created by Luna. Legend posted a video of himself getting tattooed with a floral design in December that was “based on a sketch” by Luna.
