Brad Pitt lauded his ex-fiancee Gwyneth Paltrow and said she was the one who inspired him to create his own skincare business.
In an interview in British Vogue The Bullet Train actor was asked about his views about the business ventures that are backed by celebrities. He talked about his experience at one moment that it “seemed disgusting to do a commercial.”
The Hollywood celebrity said that even though it was once “considered a sell-out” for celebrities to launch their own business but times have changed.
“I believe that hip-hop transformed everything. They made it acceptable, and even cool to expand your wings and to experiment with other ways,” Pitt said.
He said, “And now it’s really exciting that you can, you know, explore other corners [of your creativity] like the old Renaissance artists in a way.”
Pitt was then seen gushing on his Iron Man actor as he exuded praises for her for creating their own brand of lifestyle Goop and achieving success.
“I love what Gwyneth’s done,” the actor told the press. “She is still a really dear friend, and she has built this empire.”
“She has always had that in her as a curator, and it’s been a lovely creative outlet for her,” Pitt said in her post, praising her for aiding him in his gender-neutral skincare line, Le Domaine.
“In fact, come to think about it, she was probably the first one who got me to even wash my face twice a day… maybe,” Pitt said.
