RRR was in two categories, and it was nominated for Best Non-English Language Film at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards. Some of the films competing with SS Rajamouli’s were All Quiet on the Western Front from Germany, Argentina 1985 from Argentina, Close from Belgium, and Decision to Leave from South Korea.But Argentina 1985, a movie about history that Santiago Mitre produced and directed, won the Golden Globe in this category instead of RRR.

Regarding RRR, SS Rajamouli directed and made the movie. He and V. Vijayendra Prasad also wrote the script together. Olivia Morris, Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Alia Bhatt, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Shriya Saran are among the actors in the movie. The story is mostly about the lives of the real Indian revolutionaries, Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju.
