Ellie Goulding, a singer, says that her voice has gotten “stronger” since she had a child.
The Easy Lover singer and her husband, Caspar Jopling, had their first child, Arthur, last April. She told the media that after giving birth, she felt like her whole brain had changed and that her voice was “better than ever.”
In “Smallzy’s Surgery,” she said that being a mother is “by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done.” It’s amazing that you’re making a person, and when they smile at you, or do something silly that makes you laugh, you feel like it was all worth it.
“But my singing is better,” said the singer. Since a few years ago, I’ve been working with a vocal coach. She tells me, “Your voice sounds better than ever.” So I don’t know if it has changed anything in my vocal cords, but my voice is much stronger than it used to be, so that’s a pro.
The pop star, who is 35 years old, said earlier this year that she would have crippling anxiety in 2021.
