Shah Rukh Khan’s fans were treated to a special surprise when the superstar appeared in a special role on screen in Ranbir Kapoor’s as well as Alia Bhatt co-starring film Brahmastra. Prior to this, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s film Zero that came out in the year 2018. The megastar is ready to return on screen in the full-time role of the film of Siddharth anand, Pathaan. Based on sources, Salman Khan will appear as a cameo on screen in Pathaan in addition to reprising his role from the Tiger franchise.
It’s no surprise that there’s an abundance of excitement among fans eager to see Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan together in the film. A picture which is trending across Twitter has two people holding hands. Many believe it’s an unreleased sequence from Pathaan. But that’s not the whole story. Many fans believe they are Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan although nothing aside of their hands can be seen in the photo. A few fans have also noticed the scarf worn by Tiger in Salman’s character on the man’s right, which leads people to believe that it’s Salman.
One Twitter user referred to it as the “Tiger the Tiger x Pathaan crossover. He wrote “The most-touted #Tiger x #Pathaan crossover, where-in @BeingSalmanKhan is single handedly holding up his son’s hand and that Tiger’s Scarf is enough to dominate Pathaan alone,” another fan wrote, “#Pathaan x #Tiger will be bonfire.”

In an online chat with fans, Shah Rukh Khan confirmed Salman’s role in Pathaan. He added, “With Salman Khan, there’s no work experience. It’s always a love affair and a happy, joyful, welcoming experiences, brotherly. It’s wonderful when I collaborate with him. We’ve never made an entire film except for an earlier film (Karan Arjun) and it was not fully developed, to be truthful. We didn’t work together on the film for long. We do 4-5 days a year in films.”
Shah Rukh Khan also spoke about his appearance on Tiger 3 and said, “Now, in Pathaan. I’m not sure whether this should be an open secret, but Inshallah I’ll try to make it into Tiger too. It’s a lot of fun working with Tiger. It’s always a pleasure.”
Pathaan also features Deepika Padukone as well as John Abraham, and the film is scheduled to release on January 25, 2023.
