TMZ has confirmed that Ye has hired Robert Stephan Cohen of Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich LLP as his sixth divorce attorney. Cohen lives in New York, while the West-Kardashian divorce is in LA. Kanye West’s California lawyer is Nicholas A. Salick of Salick Family Law Group, APLC. Robert Stephan Cohen’s clients include Melinda Gates, Rupert Murdoch, Chris Rock, and more.
Kim Kardashian was deemed legally single in March 2022, but she and Kanye West haven’t settled child custody and property. The ex-power couple has a prenup, so their properties should be fine. West said Kardashian has custody of their children “80% of the time” and raises them.
