Lady Gaga took to Instagram to apologise for cutting short the final show of her world tour in Miami due to weather. Saturday’s event in Miami had to be curtailed due to a hurricane.
Lady Gaga talked tearfully to followers on Instagram about the closing night of her globe tour: “Thanks for attending the Chromatica Ball. Even when the rain stopped, lightning struck so close to us in Miami, so we couldn’t finish the show.”
She said, “And I know that for a really long time, I’ve always wanted to be like that hard core, nasty bitch, but what I truly want is to be responsible and loving, and I don’t know what I would do if anything happened to anyone in the crowd or to any member of my crew, band, or dancers.” The singer said she’s fine now and that after the obstacles she had to overcome to return to performing, she cut short the show since it was healthy for her and everyone.
The House of Gucci star ended her video by saying Chromatica was about mending and feeling enough. Gaga said, “This was the greatest tour of my life and I will remember this moment forever. It took me a long time to recover, but I did.”
