Ryan Dorsey gives an update on how his physical makeover is going.
The star of Big Sky told his fans on Instagram to “stay “consistent” with their own goals by posting a shirtless selfie of himself in front of a mirror to show how well he was doing with working out.
In a Nov. 4 post, he said, “Swipe to see me at this time last year.” “Start working on your New Year’s resolutions now, before the holidays, and you’ll be glad you did.”
Ryan went on, “Consistency is very important. Some days are harder than others, but endorphins will always make you feel better.
The 39-year-old man, who had a 7-year-old son with the late Naya Rivera, said that working out “works as a mood elevator” for him.
“I’ve never regretted going to the gym,” he said, before jokingly telling me about some other goals he has for the next year. “Trying to get Marvel and DC Universe in 2023.” “I’m trying to get to 185 pounds.”
The actor from Yellowstone said he would give everyone another update in two months and that his son has been a big reason why he has stayed committed.
“I’m trying to get in the best shape of my life. Gradually but steadily. “That helps me keep going,” Ryan wrote. “I’m also trying to show my little guy how to act.”
He added, “And trying to stay on top of things so I can be ready for this future teenager of mine to be able to run and play with him, work out with him, and push him to be a great and a strong young man in whatever he chooses to do.”

Ryan first shared cute pictures of Josey’s first-day-of-first-grade party in August.
“Dear Summer, What went wrong? “How did you get there so fast?,” he asked at the time on Instagram. “Kindergarten just ended. Now we’re in 1st grade!”
