Actress Taapsee Pannu has revealed that she spends one lakh rupees a month on her dietician, despite her father’s disapproval of such expenses. In an interview with The Lallantop, Taapsee explained that her father has always been hesitant to spend money and that she expects him to question her spending on her dietician when she visits home.
When asked about the amount she spends on her dietician, Taapsee responded that it is an essential investment in her profession. Depending on the film she is working on and her current life situation, her diet varies, and her metabolism changes every four to five years. As a result, she needs expert guidance to determine the healthiest foods for her, which varies depending on the local produce and the city or nation she is in. Taapsee further explained that her nutritionist receives almost Rs. 1 lakh per month as compensation for their services.
In addition to hiring a nutritionist for herself, Taapsee also hires one for her mother, whose metabolism is off. She reminisced about her parents saying that they were expecting a “revolutionary child” who would not stop speaking until she received her answers.
Taapsee has several exciting projects in the works, including Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, which is set to release on December 22, where she stars alongside Shah Rukh Khan. She is also working on the sequel to her thriller film Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba, which stars Sunny Kaushal and Vikrant Massey.
