After taking a break for parenting, Nayanthara is back in action and currently shooting for her Bollywood debut, Jawaan, alongside superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The two were recently spotted shooting for a song sequence at Bandra Fort in Mumbai, choreographed by Farah Khan. Jawaan will be released in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Directed by Atlee, the film also features Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Yogi Babu, and Sunil Grover in key roles, with Anirudh Ravichander composing the music. Nayanthara and her husband, director Vignesh Shivan, welcomed twin boys via surrogacy in 2022.
Recently, the actress made headlines for snapping at a fan and threatening to break their phone during a temple visit near Kumbakonam.
